這種經營模式真的適用於餐館業嗎?很多餐館尤其是中餐館都喜歡提供多國菜式﹐ 可能是自己對所謂 “專業” 的迷戀吧﹗ 突然發覺這不是一種偏見嗎﹖ 因為茶餐廳所供應的不就是集百家之大成嗎?
然而﹐ 總覺得不用選擇的可能就是最好的選擇﹗
