I have made these cookies probably a million times because my brother likes the salty version a lot. I personally do not like this recipe because it tastes too plain to me, however, with a little chocolate magic, you can turn these plain cookies to gourmet cookies. However, the batter could become very dry if you add too many dry ingredients like chocolate chips and nuts etc. Practice makes Perfect!

Ingredients: (14 pcs)

冇鹽牛油(溶化)56克(即4湯匙)* I normally use margarine because it is less fatty and I don’t need to add salt later.
砂糖 40克(即2.5 湯匙 )
麵粉 28克 (即2.5 湯匙 )
雲呢拿香油 1茶匙
鹽 1/4 茶匙
麥皮 60克(即2/3 杯)

Methods:

1. 預熱焗爐 170 C/ 350F。
2. 把冇鹽牛油、糖、麵粉、雲呢拿香油、鹽混和後,加入麥皮攪至順滑。
3. 每隔 2吋位置,用茶匙把少量的拌料略為硿壓實後 放入焗盆上 ,焗十二至十五分鐘。
